Technical Client Success Manager – Web & E-Commerce

Your mission

In this role, you’ll act as the technical bridge between our clients and our delivery team. Your focus will be on understanding technical requirements, coordinating implementation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of websites and e-commerce solutions — rather than active selling.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical or implementation background who enjoys client interaction but prefers delivery quality over sales targets.

Your Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical contact for SME clients in the DACH region
Translate client requirements into clear technical briefs for the delivery team
Coordinate WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopware projects end-to-end
Review project progress, timelines, and technical quality
Support clients with technical questions and solution-oriented advice
Maintain documentation, project updates, and handovers
Stay current with web technologies, CMS platforms, and e-commerce trends

Your profile

2–5 years of experience in web development, e-commerce implementation, or technical project coordination
Strong understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopware
Comfortable communicating technical topics to non-technical clients
Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
Fluent German and good English skills
Sales or upselling experience is useful but not required
