Join 8Ninjas (8N), a growing IT company based in Munich, passionately developing digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses since 2021. In this role, you’ll lead exciting projects, develop innovative concepts, and actively contribute to the digital transformation of our clients. We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused individual to join our small, agile web development agency. We specialize in delivering high-quality WordPress and e-commerce solutions (WooCommerce, Shopware), landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and related digital services for SMEs in Germany.

This is a client-facing role based in Germany. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, working closely with our technical delivery team based in South Africa to ensure seamless communication, project success, and client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing SME clients in the DACH region
Act as the first point of contact (in German) for client support and queries, coordinating with our mostly English-speaking technical team
Handle light administrative tasks such as quotes, invoicing, project updates, and timelines
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services (e.g., SEO, newsletters, e-commerce enhancements)
Support light-touch business development including local networking and handling inbound leads
Stay informed about trends in digital services and web technologies (including AI) to advise clients with solution-oriented input

Your profile

2–5 years of experience in a digital/web agency or similar client-facing role (e.g., customer success, account management, or sales coordination)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with SME clients
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
Familiarity with digital products such as websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, and how they support business goals
Interest in staying up to date with evolving digital tools, platforms, and AI technologies
Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopware (development skills not required)
Fluent in German (spoken and written) and comfortable communicating in English

Wir sind eine kleine, agile Webagentur mit Fokus auf WordPress- und E-Commerce-Lösungen (WooCommerce, Shopware), Landing Pages, E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen und weiteren digitalen Services. Für unser Team suchen wir eine kundenorientierte Ansprechperson in Deutschland, die als Brücke zwischen unseren DACH-Kund:innen und dem technischen Team in Südafrika fungiert.

Deine Aufgaben

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im DACH-Raum
Erste Anlaufstelle für Supportanfragen auf Deutsch – Koordination mit unserem größtenteils englischsprachigen Delivery-Team
Übernahme leichter administrativer Aufgaben wie Angebote, Rechnungen und Projekt-Updates
Identifikation von Potenzialen für Upselling oder Cross-Selling (z. B. SEO, Newsletter, E-Commerce-Erweiterungen)
Unterstützung bei leichtem Business Development, inkl. lokaler Netzwerkarbeit und Bearbeitung eingehender Leads
Aktives Verfolgen digitaler Trends (z. B. KI) und Beratung unserer Kund:innen mit pragmatischen, lösungsorientierten Ideen

Dein Profil

2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Digitalagentur oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Position (z. B. Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Support)
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Grundverständnis für digitale Produkte (Websites, E-Commerce, Landing Pages) und deren Nutzen für Unternehmen
Interesse an aktuellen Technologien und digitalen Entwicklungen, insbesondere im Bereich Web und KI
Grundkenntnisse in WordPress, WooCommerce oder Shopware (keine Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich)
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse zur internen Abstimmung
